I started Karate during 1978, and apart from a break for family reasons, have been continually training under the instruction of Sensei Conroy. I have also attended many courses under other senior instructors, which has enabled me to achieve and maintain my present standard.

After many years of hard training, I recently fulfilled my dream by gaining black belt status, which has inspired me to train harder under Sensei Conroy’s teaching.
